Aging gracefully is at the top of every woman’s agenda, especially when we start seeing changes in our skin’s texture as we age. It’s at this moment we really start committing to one of the most important measures of our beauty regimen, our anti-aging skincare ritual.

Over the years Masha Lopatova has tried and tested many products and met with some of the world’s greatest dermatologists to find the best anti-aging skincare regimen to clean, moisturize, protect, and heal her skin. Now she is sharing her personal anti-aging regimen with Fashion IQ in hopes that what has worked for her may work for others too.

OMEGA-RICH CLEANSER

At the end of the day, we all need something to remove the makeup and accumulation of dirt from our skin. But, we all need a cleanser that won’t strip our skin dry. Masha personally loves the Omega Cleansing Jelly from NUDE. Rich in omegas 6 and 9, it provides nutrition for skin as it cleanses.

DETOX CREAM & ANTIOXIDANT OILS

After cleansing is the perfect moment to apply a detox cream. Masha recommends using Natura Bissé’s The Cure Cream twice a day to repair the skin of the face, neck, and décolleté. For the rest of the body, Masha recommends keeping it pure and simple. Her go to body detoxifier, antioxidant-rich Pure Argan Oil by Laino.

MOISTURIZERS

Masha uses not just one facial moisturizer, but two, one for the morning and another for the night. Her most powerful anti-aging moisturizing cream, WW Anti Wrinkle Cream with Brightening Complex by 3 Lab. This amazing moisturizer fights lines, sagging, and wrinkles all while evening skin tone. It even increases the skins luminosity and strength by “enhancing the synthesis of dermal proteins.”

And then there’s the anti-aging repair cream to apply at night. Masha’s personal favorite is the 111 Skin Nocturnal Eclipse Recovery Cream. This hydrating cream fights aging during sleep by stimulating cell regeneration so it’s no wonder she uses it every night.

SUNSCREEN

Even though summer is ending, the use of a good sunscreen should never end. Even on days with little sunlight, dermatologists recommend applying a sunscreen to protect skin from damaging rays. Masha’s favorite sunscreen is Goldfaden MD’s Sun Visor SPF 30. It not only protects the skin from the sun but it prevents dark spots that can be caused by sun damage.

Though Masha hopes our readers find something that works for their own skincare regimen, she knows that everyone’s body is unique. She recommends that it’s best to consult with a dermatologist or other personal health practitioner before using new products.

On each person’s journey to healthier skin, Masha and the rest of the Fashion IQ team, wish all our readers will find the perfect personal anti-aging regimen!
