From colors that look hardly there to completely dark, here are Fashion IQ Stylists’ favorite fall lipstick colors:
NUDE
For a fresh ’I’m just naturally beautiful’ look try a nude colored lipstick, but of course the best nude lipstick for each person will depend on individual skin tones. The fun thing about nude lips though is that it makes more dramatic eyes and eyebrows permissible.

BRIGHT RED
A beautiful, bright red lipstick is a good addition to any woman’s repertoire. During the cold winter months wearing a bright lipstick can liven even the most somber winter tones.

FUCHSIA
Another bright color to liven a more tonal look, is an electric shade of pink. Be careful when wearing bright lipsticks though. To avoid looking ‘overdone,’ apply makeup with subtlety in other places.

VIOLET

Dark lip colors are a strong trend this fall, and this hue is one of our favorites. Not only is it beautiful, it can be worn easily by every skin tone.

MAUVE
This is a soft color that can be worn practically every day, and a particularly good option for thin lips. To ‘plump’ lips use a mauve lip liner to line a little outside the lip-line. Now apply mauve lipstick and voila… thin lips appear less thin!

SIENNA
