It’s sad to say, but this is the end! PFW Spring 2016 has officially ended, and all the beautifully dressed people are crowding the airport with their most casual, comfortable looks. Though we could talk about all the shows and what to wear come spring, we want to talk about the inspiration that came from the streets. So let’s see…

BLUSH!

Not with your cheeks (unless you’re feeling very charmed of course), but with your clothing—in every shade of pink!

REBEL!

Or at least look like you are. All you need to do is find a black, badass leather coat.

GET ARTSY!

Try wearing something that makes you look like a mid-century painting. It will inspire everybody!

CUT IT!

If your hair is feeling uninspiring lately, cutting dramatic fringe could be a good start to reviving your look (as inspired by Acne Studios.)

RED LIPS!

Another great way to refresh when feeling blah (you know what we mean.) Lipstick is not really makeup, it’s an accessory.

TWEED IT!

Not on your social media account, with your look. A full grey tweed look is absolutely incredible. Just ask Valentina  Siragusa or Caroline de Maigret.

MAKE A STATEMENT!

And sometimes the best way to do that (in cold weather) is to get an over-the-top statement coat.

UNDERDRESS!

We’re not saying to wear summer clothing in the middle of winter (that would be crazy!) We are saying that sometimes less is more. Just check out Pernille Teisbaek or Celine Aagaard for an example of how to master the art form of dressing minimally.

That’s all we have for today folks! Now we are going to talk a nap to catch up on the sleep we lost during fashion week(s). Au Revior… until next week.
