WEEKEND EATS: Estiatorio Milos

WEEKEND EATS: Estiatorio Milos
One meal at Milos is impossible to have, since after you’ve tried their incredible seafood, you’ll have no choice but to come back. Originally founded in Montréal in 1979, their commitment to fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and sustainable ingredient sourcing has made them an Instant NYC favorite as well.

What really sets them apart from the hundreds of seafood restaurants in the city, is the level of freshness and simple preparation of their ingredients. With suppliers from family-owned fisheries in the Greek islands, to independent fishermen in Nova Scotia and Florida, you can really taste the difference in what they bring to the table. Our favorite dish? The Grilled Octopus- it is perfection embodied. With an open, airy feel, and a light color palette that speaks to their Greek roots, stepping into the space feels a bit like you’re on vacation, and their excellent customer service only keeps this feeling going. Open for prix fixe lunch ($27.50), and decadent dinners, this midtown eatery is truly a gem.
