While on your next gallery stroll in Chelsea, book a table at one of its newest, coolest, most delicious restaurants located at the back of the sleek Hôtel Americano (an architectural work of art itself). This modern restaurant, with its high ceilings, banquette setting, uniquely large light fixtures, and simple design, opens out onto a large, lovely outdoor patio. The Americano is the perfect name for this French restaurant with its Latin influenced menu.
Diners have a variety of options at The Americano, where French chef Olivier Reginensi has created the most remarkably original menu. Start off your meal with French appetizers such as ‘Tartine de Crabe’ and mouth watering ‘Charcutereis’. In the mood for “Latin Fare with a French Flair”, enjoy a ‘Quesadilla de Pollo’ or ‘Tostada de Atun’. Entrees include items with both French and American inspiration: the ‘Roasted Maine Lobster’ and ‘Turbot a la Plancha’ are definite crowd pleasers.
Reservations are advised. If visiting New York, go ahead and book a room at the incredible Hôtel Americano where you will have the opportunity to enjoy multiple meals and sample a variety of different popular menu items at The Americano.
