New York City based artist Greg Haberny, known for his wild and controversial style, constructs no-holds-barred installations, creating visual explosion of a story with an individual approach through unconventional means and mixed media combined. His recent solo exhibit, ‘Domestic’ located at the Catinca Tabacaru gallery on 250 Broome Street displayed his unique artistic vision, engaging the intersection of personal and collective memory, with immersive installation as artworks were laid on the floor. His work is included in many prestigious collections shown all over the world, including New York, Miami, San Francisco, Chicago, Toronto, London, Berlin and Tokyo. Haberny’s pieces exceed traditional representation in artwork, and are hard to forget. While his solo exhibition has ended, additional works can still be viewed at Lyons Weir Gallery on west 24th street in New York.
